**Student Health Check-up for the Academic Year 2025**

The Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University has scheduled a health check-up for students in grades 1-6 for the academic year 2025 on Friday, June 6, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM at the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, conducted by medical personnel from Vichaiyut International Hospital, Samut Sakhon.

We kindly request that the students under your guardianship participate in the health check-up on the specified date, time, and location. We also ask parents to return the acknowledgment form to the homeroom teacher by Friday, May 30, 2025.
