On Thursday, April 3, 2025, Assistant Professor Thitikarn Thitisoponsak, Deputy Director of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led a team from the facilities department of the Demonstration School, along with the claims department of the building insurance of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, to conduct an inspection of the building structure within the university.

The survey results indicated that "the building structure is strong and can be used safely." This inspection aimed to assess the stability of the building and confirm safety standards, which is part of the measures for maintaining and caring for the facilities within the university.
