An Integrated Learning Activity for Grade 2 Students

“Mini Ecosystem Box: Nature Explorer Adventure”

This project concluded successfully, resulting in wonderful miniature garden boxes crafted by the students themselves.

The learning journey did not begin with construction, but rather with the students acting as “little explorers” during a field trip to Chulalongkorn University. There, they gained hands-on experience by observing animals, nature, diverse plant life, rocks, minerals, and various components of the environment.

Drawing from what they saw, observed, explored, and recorded, the students brought their newfound knowledge and inspiration back to the classroom to begin the next phase of the process.
