Personnel from the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School participated in the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Personnel Meeting.

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University held a personnel meeting to receive the university's personnel management policy for the 2026 fiscal year at the Health and Sports Center Building, 4th floor, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The objective was to convey policies, management directions, and create a shared understanding in driving the university towards the same goals in a systematic and sustainable manner.

The meeting was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Ruedech Kerdvichai, Chairman of the University Council, who delivered a policy speech under the concept of

“Suan Sunandha's New Paradigm: From KPI to OKR” to enhance the work of personnel by focusing on achieving results in the same direction throughout the organization.

In addition, Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Srivibul, President of the University, presented the operational direction and new strategic adjustments of the university to accommodate change and strengthen readiness for the future.

Furthermore, there was a special lecture by Assistant Professor Dr. Natthaphat Kaewratanaphat on the topic of “Enhancing Learning Experiences Based on Professional Standards.” To build a quality workforce” and Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham on the topic of “Transforming Indicators to OKR to Drive University Rankings”.
