Age Group Consideration

3K Category Entrants

6-9 Year Olds must be under 9 years old on the day of the race.

10-12 Year Olds must be under 12 years old on the day of the race.

12 Year Olds and Over: No age limit.

6K Category Entrants

15 Year Olds and Under: No age limit.

15-18 Year Olds: No age limit.

18 Year Olds and Over: No age limit.

Team Competition Team members must consist of at least one student in grades 1-6 and one adult (18 years and older).

The Top 5 male and female winners in each age group for the 3K and 6K will be determined solely by chip time.

The Top 25 male and female winners in the 3K and 6K will be determined solely by chip time.

The Team (Together Run) awards, 1-5, and Top 20 will be determined based on chip time, with the results ranked according to the chip time of the slowest finisher from each team.

The Fancy Dress Contest, with 10 awards, will be judged based on the creativity of the costume. The judges' decision is final.

Winners must report to the award reception area within 45 minutes of the official results.

All runners must wear their BIB for the Block Start.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity that matches the name on their BIB, such as a national ID card, driver's license, or passport. If this information does not match the information registered, they will be disqualified.

The judges' decision is final. No objections, changes, or appeals are allowed under any circumstances.

Registration under another's name or allowing someone else to run on your behalf is prohibited. If found, you will be disqualified from the race and will not be eligible.
