Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School Participates in Defining Strategies to Address the Educational Crisis.

Associate Professor Dr. Sumalee Thianthongdee, Director of the Demonstration School, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Thanatchayot Champawai, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, and Mr. Prungsak Cherdchu, Head of Planning and Quality Assurance, participated in the workshop "Guidelines for Driving Policy and Development Directions for the University in the Future" held from June 28-30, 2026, at Phumantra Resort, Nakhon Nayok Province. University administrators participated in brainstorming, exchanging perspectives, and defining the direction of university development to align with the changing context of higher education.

The meeting was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Srivibul, President of the University, who presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special lecture on the importance of universities adapting for survival and competition in the era of the educational crisis. Meanwhile, Associate Professor Dr. Ruedech Kerdvichai, Chairman of the University Council, shared concepts on strategic management, the application of OKR, and budget allocation for maximum efficiency.

In addition, there was a review of SSRU Positioning, guidelines for becoming a state-supervised university, a review of the university's vision and strategies, and a summary of the organization's development direction. To establish a clear development direction and be prepared to face future challenges.
