This contest is International Children's Owl Festival 2023 (International Children's Owl Art). in Houston, Texas, USA The contest has a total of 2,801 submissions from 38 countries around the world. by International Owl Festival All works will be selected for only 20 items and demonstration children from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
